In this webinar, the GDC Support Team will review frequently asked questions (FAQs) at the GDC involving data access, analysis, submission, and more.


Intended Audience

This webinar is intended for users and researchers who are interested in learning more about the NCI Genomic Data Commons (GDC) and supporting processes and tools for accessing, analyzing, and submitting cancer genomics data. General experience in genomic research is recommended.

Do you know how the GDC calculates survival for Kaplan-Meier curves? Or how to find data associated with a visualization in the GDC Data Portal? And how do you obtain access to controlled data that the GDC supports? This webinar will review FAQs at the GDC involving data access, analysis, and submission, as well as other general GDC questions. The experts at the GDC will also answer additional questions on GDC processes and tools from users.
