Data Analysis Process
GDC Analysis Tools are accessible through the GDC Data Portal. To perform an analysis, researchers build a custom cohort by querying for cases using clinical, biospecimen, and available data filters in the Cohort Builder. Researchers can also filter and build new cohorts when analyzing data through GDC Analysis Tools. Throughout the process, researchers can download files from the GDC Data Portal through the Repository and view projects available within the GDC.
