Introducing a new node for incorporating additional clinical attributes, plus new properties and enumerated values to support The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) and other NCI programs in GDC Data Dictionary Release 3.0.0:
- Other Clinical Attribute Node - A new node for characterizing additional clinical attributes that are extraneous to existing clinical entity types
- Additional TCGA Properties - Several new properties and enumerated values for diagnosis, follow-up, molecular tests, pathology details, and treatment for TCGA
- Properties Supporting Other Programs - New properties and enumerated values supporting other programs such as the Human Cancer Models Initiative (HCMI) and the ALCHEMIST Lung Cancer Trial
