New Cohort Level MAF Tool and Enhancements in GDC 2.0

Introducing the latest advancements in GDC 2.0 with Release 2.1! Here's what's new:

  • Cohort Level MAF Tool: New tool in the Analysis Center to aggregate and download open-access Mutation Annotation Format files (MAFs) for a cohort.
  • Enhanced OncoMatrix Features: Improved matrix sorting options including the ability to toggle and sort by copy number variation and mutation consequence types. Plus, download matrix data and explore new rendering styles for consequence types.
  • New Gene Expression Clustering Filter: Refine analysis with the newly added gene variant level group filter in the Gene Expression Clustering Tool.
  • Expanded Repository Filters: Discover new filters for tissue type, tumor descriptor, specimen type, and preservation method in the Repository. Download Metadata and the Sample Sheet directly from Repository.
  • Enhanced File Browsing: Navigate through files associated with a case with the new file table in the Case Summary page.
  • Annotation Browser: Browse annotations with the new Annotation Browser and view annotation details in the Annotation Summary page.
