The NCI GDC Analysis Tool Challenge is a collaborative competition aimed at enhancing cancer research by integrating innovative analysis tools with the GDC. The primary objectives of the challenge are to:
- Provide the research community with novel tools for analyzing data within the GDC, and
- Utilize the GDC Analysis Tool Software Development Kit (SDK) to facilitate this integration.
Participants will leverage data types and formats available in the GDC to integrate their tools, which, upon winning, will be featured in the GDC Data Portal Analysis Center. This initiative aims to broaden the accessibility and utility of advanced analytical tools for cancer researchers globally.
