 GDC Data Dictionary 3.1 expands diagnosis information, TCGA properties, and bioinformatics workflows:

• Subsequent Primary added to tumor classification in diagnosis
• Several new properties and updated property definitions to support TCGA and other programs
• New properties to distinguish between tumor-only and tumor-normal MAFs
• Updates to add bioinformatics workflows including Strelka2, ABSOLUTE, SvABA, U133 plus 2 microarrays
