The GDC released Data Release 45 with data from new projects, new tissue slide images, and more. Key highlights from this release include:
- New RC-PTCL Project: WGS, WXS, RNA and miRNA-Seq, and methylation arrays from the Refractory Cancers (RC) - Peripheral T-Cell Lymphoma (PTCL) study (dbGaP phs002097)
- New CCG-CUPP Project: WGS, WXS, RNA and miRNA-Seq, methylation arrays, and tissue slides from the Center for Cancer Genomics (CCG) Cancers of Unknown Primary Project (CUPP) (dbGap phs001801)
- CGCI-BLGSP Slide Images: ~170 new tissue slide images for Burkitt's Lymphoma
- MuTect2 Fix: New Mutect2 data to resolve the issue with missing chromosomes 10 and 20 for remaining cases
