9000+ New TCGA WGS alignments Now Available!

The GDC’s Data Release 38 includes 9000+ high coverage TCGA WGS alignments, data for new CGCI, MATCH, and MP2PRT projects, and a variety of data from other NCI programs:

• 9000+ high coverage TCGA WGS alignments
• Data for the following new projects:
  • CGCI-HTMCP-DLBCL - HIV+ Tumor Molecular Characterization Project, Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma (phs000235). Includes WGS, RNA, and mRNA data
  • MATCH-B - NCI Molecular Analysis for Therapy Choice (MATCH) - Genomic Characterization CS-MATCH-0007 Arm B, HER2 activating mutations (phs002028)
  • MATCH-N - Genomic Characterization CS-MATCH-0007 Arm N, PTEN mutations or deletions, with PTEN expression on immunohistochemistry (phs002151)
  • MP2PRT-ALL - Molecular Profiling to Predict Response to Treatment for Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (phs002005). Includes WGS alignments
• WGS alignments for 150+ new cases of CGCI Burkitt's Lymphoma and WGS alignments for CGCI HIV+ Cervical Cancer
• Data for new cases for the CPTAC glioblastoma and HCMI-CMDC projects
• New versions of the methylation array files, which were produced with a new version of SeSAMe
• TCGA copy number variation files from ASCAT3 and ABSOLUTE
