High Level Data Generation

The GDC generates high level data with the latest human genome reference build GRCh38. These include DNA-Seq derived germline variants and somatic mutations, RNA-Seq and miRNA-Seq derived gene and miRNA quantifications, and SNP Array based copy number segmentations.
